HI, I’M DANIELLE! I’M AN ART DIRECTOR AND PHOTOGRAPHER BASED IN New Hampshire.

Now that you’ve had a chance to look at my work, here are ten random things about me:

  1. I grew up living upstairs from my Dad’s funeral home, and it was super haunted. My undegraduate thesis for photography was about my experience living there. Wanna see?.

  2. My favorite place I’ve been is Brugges, Belgium. My entire inspiration for going there was watching In Brugges once.

  3. My instagram handle is based on my husband and I having the same name @TheBetterDanMiller.

  4. I’ve been told that I can be very “candid”.

  5. I have close to 70 houseplants and am in the process of building a greenhouse to grow and sell more of the rare plants I collect.

  6. I started my wedding photography business in 2013 and spend a lot of my summer weekends photography weddings around New England. (Danielle Ashley Photography)

  7. I’m terrified of birds, but I have two bird tattoos. Go figure.

  8. My friends and I just finished our first 3 year DND campaign, and have started on our second.

  9. I found out one of my best friends was engaged from a mail-ordered potato with the engagement details printed on it. This same friend asked me to be a bridesmaid via potato.

  10. I have a passport dedicated to visiting National Parks. We brought me daughter to her first when she was only 6 weeks old.
